Hi,
About 30 races receive ep cost reductions on specified terrains after
reboot. The exact amount of reduction varies according to the race and
terrain. Occasional related messages while passing through such areas are
probably to come later.
By terrains I mean outworld terrains, such as swamp or desert, and by
outworld I mean the batmap. Possible sub-maps are not affected.
If you think your race should get an ep cost reduction on some terrain
type and it doesn't, let me know by mudmail. If you mudmail me without
checking if it already does, I will become (quote) a "mushroom-cloud-laying
motherfucker, superfly TNT, the Guns of the Navarone", aka unhappy.
