Hello,

I started converting spell effect messages to obey cutter (help
cutter), and I'll be moving to skills when I'm done with the spells.
There are quite a bit of them to convert and it's all manual editing,
so this will take quite a while (I've now gone through spells starting
with letters a to c).

Now, typos happen, so if some spell starts to bug, it's quite possible
I'm to blame. If a spell bugs, please check whether I'm unidle to
check it (this is the main point of this post :). And if everything
goes well, most of the messages should obey cutter within a couple of
months. No need to point out any individual skills/spells, I'll get to
them eventually.

Hello,

I converted most skills and spells to obey cutter. Almost 200 files
were modified, and although everything was tested, there might be some
typos around, double-messages or so. Report those to me.

What does this mean? First, 'help cutter'. Second, most clients can
handle the line splitting themselves, so there's no need to split them
at mud side. With full messages you can find a single "line" from
scrollback and you get the full message instead of just the first 80
characters. Easier to make trigs too. Finally, although you can put
'cutter off', because of the way things work a better option is to
make the value big, eg. 'cutter 9999'.
