Testing a new racial ability to see if it helps some of the small-to-medium
size tanks.
The 'frenzy' racial bonus causes any player with the trait to go into a battle
frenzy by using skills in combat. You do not need to be in the front row.
While in a state of frenzy, your melee weapon speed is increased, and you have
a chance to hasten skilluse in exactly the same way that fast metabolism has a
chance to hasten everything. Frenzy and fast meta racial/boons/eq stack.
Frenzy lasts the entire battle and for a short duration afterwards. It is
worth noting that, right now, only orcs and dwarves have this ability. Dwarves
can also activate frenzy by a successful doublemine, and orcs can activate
frenzy by looting and burning at least 3 corpses at once.
