Food bonuses were changed rather dramatically. I'll give you some background
information as to why.
My original libcode bound food-based regen on ticks (ie. every 3 seconds).
Now, the bestEST foods and recipes give bonuses that are rather huge - and I
find it quite unlikely that the intention was to give these bonuses a chance
every 3 seconds. Starting from boot (and partially before), the amount of
bonuses remain the same - but the chance for additional regen comes in sync
with regular regen your player character experiences.
If you understood what this means, good. If not, you probably don't need to,
either.
