Channellers can now study create herb to 75%, and can study greater create
herb to 75% if they've studied create herb to 50%+.

Note that channellers still do not have "cast special" in the guild. You'll
have to get it from elsewhere, such as inner circle. Runemages will just be
better at this spell than channellers will, but a channu will now be able to
cast it at all.
