Make it possible to increase size of UI elements (and fonts).

This is needed if you have high resolution screen (larger than 1920x1080).

Just so I could request specifics... some things items would be really helpful
for men with old eyes like me:
I'm also relatively new to this... so tell me if we can do any of the
reqeusts!

*Would improve user experience DRAMATICALLY
Button resize.
Font size on map.

*Would be less annoying, but not really needed. I just need to memorize
better!
Text size in most places... for example
-Buttons
-Skill/Spell monitor
-Menus
-Triggers/Scripting areas
