That's just too abusable. Somebody (the same type to auto-rate) would spam a
newsgroup to do the ratings. But a rating cost would be neat. 1k to rate a
message.
News spammers are dealt with in an appropriate manner already, I think.
But still, rating cost was the general idea. Money? Sure, but since there are
filthy rich players out there I'd say give each player 1 rating point / played
X hours/days instead. Or both. Or whatever.
