I post this with knowledge that I was a tarm for a good portion of my time
here on bat and enjoyed it thoroughly. I enjoyed it because, frankly, it was
way too easy. Getting exp from raises/resses/bodies is ridiculously
non-challenging and safe. There are really only three ways tarms usually get
wiped with any appreciable exp on:

1) In party, tarm is behind sucky tank and gets killed
2) In party, tarm gets area blasted
3) Clones run when idle.

Other than that, most tarms are able to idle idefinitely, slurpping up exp and
rates well exceeding
those of mortals that actually get out there and party for exp.

Hence, I would suggest the following fumble effect for rais/ress/body:Death.Sim
ple as that and a way to level the playing field against tarms that idle
rais/ress and gain exp with little to no risk. This way, tarms taking even
somewhat chancy rais/resses risk lossing 25/50/75% of their exp when things go
foul. It will add risk to a guild that, honestly, right now has little to
nothing going against it. Obviously some tuning would need to be done to
perhaps slightly incr
ease chance of mild/moderate fumble.

I know I know, I'm suggesting a downtune. Deal with it. Tarms have it way to
easy now that I've ac
tually stopped being one and decided to work a little for a living. Obviously
these effects would h
it evil priests as well (which I currently am) but so be it.

For the record, in terms of fumble sevrity, I do believe stats loss should
still be right at the top
, as well as level loss, but this would fit nice and square in the middle.

Come on wizzes, you know you want to stick it to those little
goodie-two-shoes, don't you?
