Perhaps, since Tarmalen wishes his faithful followers to spread good around
the world through their actions, he would frown upon idleness and lazyness.
Maybe even he would not reward his servants with much experience in healing if
they choose not to party often.

In other words, maybe tarmas should get less exp for rais/ress/nb if they
never party and choose to just trigger rais people.

Flame away I guess.
I don't see the problem with lots of idle-ressing tarmas, actually they're
nice to have when you're dead and having a miserable time in HELL.
I guess the reasons for people being idle-tarmas are several - perhaps they're
semi-idle because they play from work and can't party (like semi-idle tanks)
or they lack regen-eq (or eq in general, which prevents them from getting
parties nomatter what guild they try to play) or whatever.

I also guess that you're frustrated because you have a hard time finding
battle-healers? Well, start "farming" then - invite some poor eq-less tarma
and do newbie-eq-monsies for the exp and put the eq on the tarma - make
him/her your personal slut =)

Alternatively you could reinc tarma yourself if you consider the "market
situation" for tarmas that good. Just remember you can't solo jack shit as
tarma (not talking about monktarma etc now) and you risk sitting and staring
at the wanted-channel for party opportunities (along with the 95 other tarmas
online). But then again you can always offer resses (the tarmalen way of
soloing).

All I know is that I do who guild tarmalen, and i get some 50 players, then
who guild tarmalen unidle, and get 13, and tells to all 13 (and i dont care
about eq, or even totals for that matter, i take any tarma and always have)
get me 9/10 times 'no, i dont want to party'. It's annoying. It was just a
suggestion.

You do realize that maybe 50% of those tarms really only have 1 or 2 tarm
levels
and are useless as healers, except as a self healing tank, right? Just
saying...

I would sincerely hope that if your are level 40, and duck, you have more than
2 tarma levels. And now I am just argueing for the sake of seeing my self
type.
