Researchers use, as a rule, a collection of standard phrasing, which are in
turn the result of constant plagiarising. The said phrases also show how rich
is the vocabulary of a scientist who tries to hide his own inability or lack
of knowledge.

1. It is considered... (I think so.)
2. It is universally accepted that... (Some people also think so.)
3. It has long been known that... (I couldn't find the quote.)
4. In my practice (Once.)
5. Time after time (Twice.)
6. A number of times (Thrice.)
7. Preliminary inquiries showed, that... (We hope that...)
8. A number of signs show (It'd suit our research.)
9. A certain tendency is evident (These are of no importance at all.)
10. At the time we have no concrete answer to... (We blew the experiment but
we still hope it'll get published.)
11. Three results will be discussed in detail (Other results are
insignificant.)
12. The correlation is shown on diagram 1. (This is my best graph.)
13. Coincides almost identically (It's all wrong, but...)
14. An in-depth analysis of the data... (Three pages of the results got
screwed because I spilled a beer on tm.)
15. Evidently additional experiments are needed before a full understanding of
the phenomenon will be reached (I don't understand a thing.)
16. After additional research by my colleagues (They don't understand shit
either.)
17. I want to thank Joe Blotz for help in doing the experiment and Sindy Adams
for useful discussion... (Blotz did all the measurements and Adams told me
what this stuff was all about.)
18. The goal of our research was... (It later looked like...)
19. Our results agree with and complete earlier research on... (We found
nothing new.)
20. I hope this work will help future research in this area (I give up!)
