Concerning selenium's last post, i'd just like to say that i did make a
blaster recently, and have to admit that those 'highbies who advise not to
reinc to blaster' are right 100%. Finding an exp party as blaster is a bitch
to begin with, unless you have craploads of exp and have a lot of good friends
who can actually lead the exp. And when you're exp impaired to max even two
damage types for mage, for example, getting parties will be even more
difficult. Nuff said, chill it.

Think about it in this way:

Choosing an offtank or healer is the easy way. You can just hang out for
parties without needing to know anything about the game. Some people have
played this way up to lvl 100, ending up as clueless as to begin with.

Choosing something else like a blaster is a good start to exploring
things. Being a blaster yourself, you always have a rarity, midbie/newbie
blaster, in your party, making it easier to gather explore parties.

There is also more challenge involved in this style of gameplay. It\'s
not powerplay, but get a clue before you nail blasters down. Even lvl 50
mages can make quite nice exp if you just gather your own party.

Get better friends. Learn how to lead. Or reinc again and ask me. :)

I don't understand guys whining about not getting party if you are not leading
one.
For some reason i didn't find getting party hard, when i was ~30m mage with
one type. Tho i did lead. If you don't lead, don't fucking whine. No hands, No
candy!

Yhyhyhyhy people don't take me to their parties since i've been soloing in
some areas all my time and now i want party.. why aren't all begging me to
come in their parties... yhyhyhyhy
Jesus, get a fucking grip

And yes, midbie blasters are worth it. And no-one can help it if midbies
doesn't want to party together.

After selenium suggested it on fc+ I tried mage with 20M on and it turned out
to be my 2nd fav guild just behind merchant. With a good leader like selenium
noob mages like myself do extremely well...don't blame the noob mage, look
more towards the direction given by the leader.
