With previous posts I have to agree I think the reincing penalties are really
high.. if not changing the system then how about you make it so when I reinc
out of a guild I dont get any other penalties other then gold and exp for
example: barb rep, reaver energy, komd, tiger points, all save when you reinc
out. as it is i think the system is pretty harsh on people who like to reinc
often- expecially if you reinc into a guild where you dont make any money.
This way at least progress will save and your not under the fear of losing all
your progress when you reinc out of a guild just to try something new. isnt
that what this game is about? exploring and trying new things..

What would be the point of having reps, tiger points etc then??

The point would be, Its something you would acumulate and earn twards your
character and would be able to keep through the (in my opinion demanding)
reinc process. for example, loc blades are the same way you left them a year
ago after you reinc back, its nice to come back to a guild and find your past
work wasent lost, that what your earning stays with you.

Let's take loc's as an example: It used to be possible (dunno if it still is)
to be tiger w. 1 loc-level, get a real neat loc blade then reinc to loc and
benefit from your blade which you had built up dirung your previous "loc"
reinc... I believe the idea behind various reps was that rep!=experience,
somekinda award to those who stay faithful in their guild over a long period
of time.
But of course, I'm empathic enough to see the minmaxer's view on this... Stay
in one guildrace combo until something is tuned and a different combo is
better, reinc to that until the previous one is the best again and then reinc
back and keep the rep.
