Following the lines of easy lqs of henry, baal, four elements. Also
savage coast, citadel, whatnot to some degree.

LQ17 platter: Upon completing the lq diggas should be closed for a
period of 3 days, and questmobs should be upgraded to 100k mobs for a month.
Of course the mighty newbie-axe should be upped to match haershin.

LQ39 enchanted cloak: Clearly the endmob is too easy. It should be
upped to a 1m mob, with instant kc special, terror just before
combatrund, etc. And it could summon mobs too! Maybe something original
such as mobs that grapple in 2 rounds?

LQ56 Help lady elberiel: Clearly in its right place. Must be too easy
because you get a good ring from such a low level lq. Maybe add instant
special of 1000damage to everybody in the party (random type of course).

LQ57 rescue patrol: This already has every mortal's favourite spell,
poison cloud. Keep up the good work!

I'm sure there are much other easy lqs which should be tuned according to
the easy mobs, such as baal. We don't want our lq-mobs to be done by
people low enough level to do them, after all!
