Monsters shouldnt be able to hit their skills 3 times faster than players.
Can someone look into this?
They use the same skills as we do, but since they're big and bad, they have
huge stats and therefore any statchecks in skill result skill coming off at
minimum. Unless you cap the affecting stat effect, they just do it better than
you or me. Basically I consider this their strength while party is player's
strength.
