I would really love to see passive and active weapon type skills get
masteries. This would mean that you would not strike hard with your mace
without using it passively and actively. Active use would mean skills that use
it ie. pound, impale etc. These could both be either tied into same mastery
that would rais slowly or into 2 different masteries (passives being bit like
those race limb attacks). Plus down tune passive dmg, and uptune those active
skills (majorly? atleast the ones with 2-6 round random time, not those
suffeli 2 or 3 fixed rounds skills).
Mainly because most people tend to well....idle during exp. This would lessen
the incentive to take those "idle" tanks.
