It doesn't have to be all powerful,but it wuld break up the guild itself and
give the plauyer the choice of how he would progress throught he guild, You
can make it weaker like civ fighters or lower skill maxes. Not to mention
nomad guild's don't cast spell. Actaully from what i read and seen invarious
movies aren't the crison fighters slightly better thant he other fighting
guilds. Example D&D movire the crimson fighter was a bad ass and didn't need
weapons.
