Um. I don't think the lack of ideas is the problem. Most wizzes are very aware
of the shape the crimson guild is.

What it needs is someone to spend time on it - and no-one has taken up the
baton yet.

Even still! I'm not saying you shouldn't send in good ideas - but I'm afraid
those might not see the light of the day in a long time unless some wizard
takes up the job of facelifting the guild. And right now I'm not too hopeful
on that happening.
