Probably a rehash of an old news...

Nomadic guild - each member purposely tainted with a particular lycanthropy...
werewolf, werebear, weretiger, wereboar, werebat, werelion, wereelephant,
werefox, etc.

Guild bonuses based on the selected lycanthropy which is chosen when joining
the guild. Each member can change into two forms: wereform and the animal
form. Animal forms is very limited in terms of equipment and weapons but
could have better unarmed attacks from fangs and claws depending on the
animal. Wereforms is a mix of human and animal and can use weapons as well as
most if not all armours. Wereforms' powers is based on the moon cycle and two
masteries. Maximum power is reached at full moon and minimum power at new
moon. Mastery of the Moon minimizes the effects of the bad moon, but never
complete negates the moon to allow full power at all times. Mastery of
Lycanthropes directly improves the powers of the wereforms.

Other skills are nomadic and tank in nature with fire/camp and other off/def
skills. There should also be a skill for shapechanging. Shapechaning may
heal some damage in the process but there is a time limit as to how often you
can changeshapes.

Lastly, exp rates should be fixed based on the original race and not change
based on form.
