Fixing a discrepency between those that rebirthed and kept their name/formulas
and those who did not:

-- if you rebirth, your formulas are cleared.

-- because rebirthers have put the exp/gold they have already gained from
their first rebirth to good use, any rewards they get from doing the research
again is reduced. Those on their first rebirth get one-half, those on their
second one-third, and so on. This may be less than the first time, but it's
better than zero.
