Good news, ranger/archers! Now you can use some of your skills with a lower
chance of aggro-ing your enemies. The skills affected are:
-- cull from the herd
-- shortbow shot
-- longbow shot
-- blinding shot
-- slingshot shot

If you attempt to take your target out quietly, using appropriate stealth
skills, you have a chance of blocking the "starts a new offensive skill"
message.

Not a ranger? You'll find some potions that give the same effect quite
