How about modeling the bows/xbows bit more realistically? That is, actually
separate the reloading phase from using it to shoot; of course, walking around
with loaded weapon could be tricky (increased ep cost or such), but in general
if I am holding a loaded crossbow and see an orc, it won\'t take me many, many
seconds to press the latch to shoot. The second shot is a problem, though..

Basic gameplay model: skills take reload time + 1 rd; if your weapon is
cocked/drawn/whatever, reload time is clearly 0; after shot, you can either
reload (=no skill at end of it), or use a skill (=reload+fire combo which
takes the longer delay).

And yes, I know the hit-and-run stuff would be bit easier with this model, but
that\'s what xbows and stuff are designed for; additionally, by making hop back
not work too well from front row, I think it still wouldn\'t be that
unbalanced..

Cheers,
