Ok, playtesting has been quite a humbling experience for me the last few weeks
and I feel like Shin has done a good job listening to the suggestions I've
made and offered viable feedback on why some of them would and wouldn't work.

Here are a few ideas I think might help round out the guild a bit better.

1. Stunning Shot: give this a better chance to stun as an opening hit for
combat and increase the duration of the stuns, currently they're quite wimpy.

2. Rep System: Yeah I know every guild in the game wants some rep system, its
mostly for the dedicated guild members who stick with a certain guild to be
rewarded and so people like Sh@r aren't able to reinc into their beloved
guild, attain maximum strength in a months playtime and then reinc away.

3. Throwing: Alchs are never going to be selected as party members, so give
the throwing abilities to the dudes who have the aim, Archers.

4. Weapon Parry: make bows require 2 hands, and add Weapon Parry to offset the
df lost when having to use 2h for your weapon. Possible the same with
crossbows, but since they lose the ability to aim, perhaps they should gain a
skill that inceases their chance to 'close the distance on their prey' and
fire a shot point blank.

5. Weapons: A guild based on precision and accuracy isn't going to be
satisfied with a weapon thats out of balance in their hands. Let archers
modify or create their weapons through some form of guild quest.

6. Ambushing: This is a bit far fetched but here goes. I thought it might be
interesting to see (during a party) Archers disappear from party formation,
using a skill to sneak up on their opponent. When they attack the mobs
attention would turn 'almost' fully to them, saving the front row of the party
for 1 round while the mob attacked the archer. I just figured this would be a
way to utilize a backrow member with hps who would help the front and do
damage at the same time.

...I agree with Nuane that dex either scales or doesn't seem to have much of
an effect on damage. I didn't test any +hit eq but I cant imagine it would
make that much of a difference either once your dex is over 200. Nuane was
also correct when he said newbie archers suck, but I'd imagine newbie bards
suck, newbie conju's suck, and newbie druids suck.

This guild has been alot of fun to test so far, you're really going to just
have to opening it to the general population and see what they exploit the
most.

If I can be of service in any other way, please let me know.
