I thought it would be nice to have some spell or skill to make signs for our
outdoor performances.

Even Floating Letters spell would be decent to make road signs ( message
floating ,8 e, 4s enter is a Performance running) or something like that.

Uh and give it to low levels too, would be nice to throw a performance at
diggas (or such) and have signs show route from sc etc... (since we newbie
bards are really not up for real performance at amphitheater or other large
stage yet)
