I was thinking that shopkeeping and cart max prices should
follow the same rules that loansharking does. A set amount
up to 100, then at 100 you should be able to charge as high
as you want for items in your cart. Would allow for even more
items to be sold through the cart system and might appeal
more to higher end players who contract out merchants to sell
certain equipments in carts.
