Continuous entity skills (all but blazing sunder) no longer require a target,
so your entity can start maintaining its skill before combat starts. The main
reason for this change was to handle mutiple monsters in a less cumbersome
way.

Entity skills should break on movement as normal. Watch out for any glitches
or bugs which allow entity skills to continue indefinitely.
