Hi!
First of all, kudos for this current reinc system. I love it. However, I feel
there could (should?) be some modifications on how the exp is gained:

My idea is, that the rate you regain the reinc-exp should be flat through the
whole reinc, instead of this exponential rate. The reinc-costs and amounts
needed to regain would remain the same. I'll clarify.

Some examples with slow reinc, same ratios are same for normal and
fast, just halve the numbers. Anyway:

Currently:
-10m totals, 1m to regain. At 200k regained you have 1m totals. At 500k
regained you have ~2.5m totals (50% of required exp done, 25% of total
worth currently).
-100m totals, 4m to gain. at 1m regained, 10m totals (25% regained, 10%
total worth). at 2m regained 25m totals (50% regained, 25% total worth).
-500m totals, 8m to gain. at 1m, 10m totals. (12.5% regained, 2% total worth).
At 4m, totals are at 100m (50% regained, 20% total worth).

My idea: Regain rate should be flat.
-10m totals, 1m to regain. At 100k regained, 1m totals. At 500k, 5m.
-100m totals, 4m to regain. At 1m regained, 25m totals, at 2m, 50m.
-500m totals, 8m to regain. At 1m regained, 62.5m totals, at 4m 250m.

Reasons for this. Currently, you spend _most_ of the reinc being really really
small compared to your total worth. Just when you get the character working,
the reinc is already over. Also, if you try to do even 2-3 lqs close to your
aimed level, you need to regain almost all the reinc-exp to even have a
working character for those lqs (and many lqs are really that hard that
you hardly can take even one crippled char with).

PS: It might seem highbies will get it easy. However, who can claim regaining
8m is easy and fast?
