Nono .. it should say 'Outside, above you is a chilly, slowly moving, clear
night sky'.
Because you can still SEE the sky, but you are actually inside, regardless
whether the ceiling/roof has a hole in it.
iirc a lot of rooms already have this.. maybe that room your talking about
just needs to be 'fixed' to the correct desc?
