I just noticed I've got a command to set my short score after reincarnation.
Could it be changed so that reincarnation doesn't reset the sc format?
Oh, and sending news posts on level 1 and so should be allowed if one has
enough safe exp for that limit of sending news. Now I had to take levels
before getting this one sent.

has nothing to do with this, but other limits with like talking on channels
should be measured by amount of exp not by levels, and maybe give us option to
ignore based on total exp.. like ignore 30m would ignore people with less than
30m totals
