Speaking as a beastmaster, currently re-reincing into the guild, I think there
are several problems that prevent more newbies from enjoying and utilizing the
guild. (level 45 gets you squire/beastmaster, and quite a bit of offensive
power if you know what to ride) Let's face it, no ep cost running through the
outerworld, that'll boost any newbie's solo rate.

1: Mounts should absolutely be allowed onto ferries ASAP, as they are
apparently not going to be summonable/heelable cross continentally. This poses
some big and/or impossible logistical problems if you've got no ship.

2: We must increase outerworld animal density to something resembling way the
it was before. I understand Ulath just modified the herb/plant density in a
similar way.

3: Something must be done with player city stable modules. Currently the
problem is that mounts never, ever get kicked out. The issue is not that they
fill up, it's that they fill up with mounts belonging to people who never come
back to the guild or log on at all.

a: Set a time limit, make the owner of the mount renew the stabling after a
period of time, _something_.

b: Up the ammount of storable mounts. Make it cost, like adding slots to a
merchant cart. Anything.

In the old map players often had to search for pcities in BFE away from
anywhere they wanted to be in order to store their mounts. If that continues
to be the case here, no one will ever take a mount guild who can't afford
their own private stables.

4: If it's not against the theme of the new continents and such, I'd like
mounts to continue to follow us to our startlocs (stipulating that portals
continue to have a startloc destination, and that the startloc in question is
a summonable room)

Why not just let stable room owners / citycouncil members remove mounts that
have no business there? Or mounts of players who have retired?

There is an existing time limit on stored mounts in pcity stables. You can
also disallow specific players from storing mounts, and my personal favorite,
post guards to block players you don't want inside.
