'info' command in a guild is very long and tough to read for some types of
info. Would it be possible to have a few things changed to make things a bit
easier:
* put a * next to the % in the 'Max' column if the max listed is capped by
some other requirement.
* Make a new command 'requirements' for guildrooms.
* 'requirements skill cast generic' would show ALL requirements for cast
generic. like: Cast generic 5% requires cast heal 10%. Cast generic 10%
requires cast heal 15%. ...
* 'requirements level 15' will list all skill/spell/other requirements for
lvl 15 in the guild.
* 'requirements upto 15' will list the combined list of all lvl requirements
up to 15...'cast heal 10%' and 'cast heal 15%' will just be shown as the
highest 'cast heal 15%'.
