There could be a taxi-post in Laenor, 1 nw of s-cross would be good. Carts
should not be allowed there to lessen spam. Then anyone wanting a sum in
Laenor could "tell taxi sum" and the post would emote *xxx needs sum. Anyone
sitting at the taxi post would then do the sum. If there would be no reply you
could still take it to wanted channel.
