During each boot continents could get randomly placed
"special places" marked with ? Those places could contain
miniareas, monsters, people with small quests, monster
parties etc.

Places could have lvl limit to prevent highbies rushing
through every area. Lightblue meaning newbies, green
midbies and red for highbies.

I think wizzes could easily add stuff for this like
system. And moreover, this would encourage players to
wanted on our newly built beautiful wilderness.
