Idea: Level limit all 500k+ eq mobs to level 50- players and make them easy 1
month out of 2.

If that lq has a potential eq involved, we can make it once per person per
week or something like that. Some sort of indicator that an lq has been done
for each quest would also be nice. It's a blot better than waiting until the
end before knowing that the lq has already been done..
