Implement so that 'kill' command that actually does initiate combat ignores
weaponspeed for the first battleround.
It's stupid enough already that a player has to announce to everyone he's
about to cast/use an offensive skill.
Why do I need to tap a monster on the shoulder and say 'excuse me while I kill
you, I won't hit you just yet, maybe next round, maybe not, but you can hit me
while I consider when I'd be speedy enough to actually swing my axe'.
Bestest would be it'd kick in every time entering combat, I suppose that'd
favor hit'n'run tactics for players with weapons that have the speed of a
hedgehog.
