Could it be changed so if my ship is secured and I do sail <dir> or cruise
<dir> a ship launch is automatically performed.

Maybe this could be another expensive ship item we can buy and switch on and
off via the console.

I just find its another thing to un-nessessarily type. I know I could make a
command like ship launch;;sail $* with the spam of my leader telling me we are
not anchored all the time. But that just seems untidy..

Anyway am sure theres some code slaves dying to get into the boat code...
