I'll throw a suggestion that the effect of personal tune could be increased
and effect of global tune slightly decreased.

Why? I think the idea of exp-tunes are to get people to other areas than just
the one and increase the diversity of areas one player rapes... Well, I tried
to visit few areas I normally dont go (I visit these one a month or less).
Well - found out that the monsters were some 1/4 what they should be - not so
rewarding

guess I have to go back and rape the boring areas which I always do - atleast
they are in good tune

Balthas is exactly on the money here. The global exp tune limits the areas
visited and lowers the incentive for players who are not here everyday to exp.
I would greatly enjoy seeing it removed permanently.

I have not been into much exploring of different areas. But I really plan to
do it in my next reinc. So I personally would find it quite unfair, if I get
lousy experiences in areas I have never visited/raped - just because a lot of
other players come here often.

I agree that it would be more fair to lower global protection and higher the
personal exp tune.
