maybe modify skill skinning to allow....use skinning at corpse for
wool/fur/feathers/leather/etc .....given the corpse type, there would be a
greater or lesser chance of success.....aka, for bear....good chance to yield
fur....v.poor/no chance for feathers.

A while ago, I modified the skinning skill to give a greater chance of certain
materials popping when used on certain corpses. Bears, to follow your example,
already do give a higher than normal chance of fur.
