Reincing is fun. Reincing costs money,exp,sometimes a littlebit of effort
aswell. There are also people who reinc once every two years or so (forced by
age, or just pure willpower). I think there should be a little bonus for those
of us who can keep themselves in same reinc for long period of time. So, the
idea is that why dont you lower the reinc costs for the people who stay in
same reinc for, lets say 1 year. Instant method could be 1% tax for example..
Just a penny.

You no-reincers already pay much less per year in exp and gold for reincs, so
there's your reward. Also many guilds reward that in a way or another.

I think it should be opposite, heavy reincers should get discount.
