Since rebirth heal for 2nd and 3rd level casters is kinda seriously limited
(i.e. you often/always get fluxed), can we modify rebirth heal to accept
arguments that say how much of it to use? For example, rebirth heal 50 would
use 50% of the rebirth heal benefit. The trick would be having the rheal code
track what % is available when, but that doens't seem it would be too hard.
If you wanted to simlify it more, give us options of rebirth heal 1,2, or 3,
where the number corresponds to the r heal amount (an eternal could use 1 2 or
3 and get 300, 600 or 900 healing points, while an ancient can only do 1 and
2). Thanks
