I say someone should significantly change and uptune first aid's healing
effect, with a few abuse restrictions and guild percentages changed if needed.
I think that making it a channel-effect trading some ratio of eps for hps each
round would be best. Also give bonuses for having appropriate consumable items
in inventory like bandages, herbs, and cooked foods. This would rebalance
newbie rangers a lot, and help newbie nomads in general. I think it even has
an armour-removal requirement to keep it from stacking with highbie hpr sets.


Newbie nomads I think are at a serious disadvantage now, because they take
more damage than newer newbie guilds like tzarakk/riftwalker, and are the
worst for healing back their hps once gone. As it stands, if I wanna take a
level 30 ranger with me, he's gonna wind up in the back row before too long
due to hp loss. Traditional newbie nomad is somewhat predicated on having a
healer, making it probably the only one which I'd really never take with me,
which is sad.
