Allow for sequences in rip_action order list. this would allow parties to
share corpses and souls automatically.
Syntax change: <plr> becomes <plr1|plr2|..>
Example: rip_action order gorgar|captainamerica,thor
Effect:
- monster 1 dies: gorgar rip, thor rip
- monster 2 dies: captainamerica rip, thor rip
- monster 3 dies: gorgar rip, thor rip
share corpses and souls automatically.
