this was actually one of the 5 ideas for if i'd get an unlimited wish, but i
think it's actually worth giving it a shot as just an idea to implement.

I propose a 1 or 2 lvl bard guild implementation (extention to) for multiple
backgrounds. I think every background should have there poets/singers

so what i suggest is the following, lets start with a 1 lvl option, i would
like the bard guild changed (this is at least something that is good for real
bards too) so that lvl 1 (multiple bg) gets access to musicians alm
the spell musicians alm would have to be changed so that it would keep
'casting' (singing/reciting (new option)) when you move.. so that you can keep
your poems coming as you move around the mud

the song% for lvl 1 for musicians alm should be at least somewhat higher than
10%... but since it recites./sings as you move ar ound this doesnt matter too
much, but 10% seems quite low for a real bard..
the song could get an argument which would be the maximum cash 'begged' from
the audience so it could be set to 0
for real bards ( not only lvl 1 guild in multiple bg) all the support songs ,
the things that makes bards bards, like alm or sing a long could come with
quite big % allowed to study at low lvls..
what i would really like, would be to get aydjen's song (sounds of silence) to
get into the multiple background bard guild.. as its just a support song .. at
40% would work... maybe in (the 2nd lvl of the multiple background part of the
bards)
but the basic idea is to have access to your poems/songs as a non civ.. but
the sounds of silence idea is so you get somewhat support song which does
something too.. and would also be for real bards that start at lvl1 to give
them something

Thing is though would it be in theme?

For instance i cant see a troll nomad singing at the campfire etc..

but that i _can_ see, very clearly
and i think in every race there has been musicians
and in every profession there is amateur musicians and poets
