A problem I've encountered is that even if I'm not bothered by a newbie's
inabilty to contribute, the melee oriented ones can't fulfill their role
without either being slaughtered or forcing me to dick around on the bunny
slopes. And since Ranger remains a popular choice, the regen is just godawful.
There's many possible solutions to this, but since just about everyone can get
leadership now, I'd like to see the skill allow me to take all the threat off
anyone new enough to have a newbie crystal. Hopefully this can be done with
existing code and without abuse potential.
