Moving around should consume some EPs, logically enough. BUT, what doesn't
currently consume EPs, illogically enough, is probably most strenous activity
characters do (and no, that's not thinking). I think that adding epcost to
each battle round, depending on what you do (front row would have higher
epcost) would in a sense balance the game quite a bit. No more 24-7 bunnyrape
sessions (swinging sword is tiring you know), although this would probably
need some other balancing effect such as increasing ep regeneration..
