Timezones are a bitch, so if it's not a huge task, allow us a new 'set' option
that gives us the ability to set our personal timezone.

And then let us check the date and timezone of another player by doing 'date
playername'

Seems I gotta get more up to date with the 'date' command, and while at it get
better at using the in-game posting feature, sorry for taking up your space

That timezone list is well incomplete in "date timezones" command. Maybe it
could be updated or add a generic "GMT+n" as an accepted time zone to
accommodate all the timezones in the world for minimum work.
