Good tune, not expbonuses would give change for everyone during the boot to
make good exp. Now those who can log from boot will make powerexp for couple
hours, thus dropping the tune for monsters. Which means that it is worse case
for those who cannot log until, let's say 0100 EET.
And other point would be that after bonuses would still be worth killing, not
in 'incredibly near no exp'-tune. I presume that some people remember at
christmas, when there were double exp, it was quite difficult to find a
monster that gave more than average exp.
I guess that this would not change things, I just thought that it might be
more reasonable for everyone.
And if my last post did not make sense, I blame beer.

I was on at nighttime in the USA and was still aboe to find mobs avg
tune/above avg tune

It's just everyone goes to duz for exp. Learning newer
areas really helps.
