Would be nice if we would be able to finger removed players for a month or two
(possibly longer) after they have been removed. When I look at "inform last"
and see "John Doe was removed due to triggered torch creation" I want to check
what level and how old this moron was. Maybe they could have a "Was removed
23.06.2003, reason: torch creation" flag in the finger also.
