So, the plan is as follows. All people are arriving on Friday. Me and Shura
are picking people up from Bremen by cars. Dandy will bring people from
Koln/Bonn airport. Shadowguard will pick people up in the airport of
Amsterdam. Harambikkel will pick up the UK guys who come to Hoek van Holland
by boat.

We'll meet during the day on the camping premises, and see what the big plan
is. Saturday, there will be a public dinner arranged for everyone from BAT ry.
Rest of the time we'll just have some fun, drink beers/whatnot and generally
spend some quality time.

Part of people who are arriving to Bremen said they wanna leave Sunday evening
and stay in Bremen in the hotel overnight, cuz the flight back leaves damn
early. That we will try to arrange in Bremen when we'll be picking you up,
we'll see what's the cheapest/fastest way to get you there on Sunday evening.
Quite possible we'll bring you back in the evening by car as well.

If you have any food preferences, let me know by tomorrow midday (something
you don't eat or are allergic to), as I'll be ordering the menu tomorrow.
