The empathy of a few races is a nice feature. It is genuinely helpful
sometimes to know when someone is 'in pain', unconscious, etc.

However, I can't think of a single time I, or anyone else have found it
useful to know, "You feel that Garglebuckle is satiated." Could this be
removed? It seems to be creating only extra tracking for the computer and
unwanted spam for the players.

Thanks.

Even though it's not true empathy, but it is actually more useful if empathy
applies only to people on your friend lists. Not many people actually care if
someone is in pain or goes unconscious.
