Just leave it as it is, it's an upgrade even if it takes ages with low (46%)
skill and no pick/rope to move in the mountain ranges.
Here's an idea: Put some areas in the mountains and disable location memory
for 'em...
(and make sure one can't use "go" or "mobile cannon" at <direction> there
either).
